The OnCallMBD Collective Is Composed of CMBDO Veterans Who Can Advise and Support Sitting CMBDOs
All our members have been in the same place as you. You are at the top of your game, and of your department, but there may not be a counterpart within the firm you can turn to for advice or assistance. OnCallMBD answers that need.
We are not fractional CMBDOs.
And this is why:
Over the four decades since the first law firm marketing department was founded, our field has become a mature professional ecosystem, with several thousand law firm marketers in roles at many hundreds of firms. As a result, there is no shortage of excellent CMBDO veterans who now provide important consulting services. The challenge for some law firms, however, is that a majority of these highly qualified former CMBDOs may be available only as an interim or fractional CMBDO, not as an adjunct to a sitting CMBDO. That's where OnCallMBD comes in.
How OnCallMBD is different from fractional and interim CMO services.
We provide a service beyond the fractional CMBDO model. We have discovered an untapped need in law firms for something different: when a firm has an existing CMBDO who would like access to CMBDO-level expertise for advice on a short-term basis or to oversee a special project, they need someone proven and reliable. OnCallMBD was founded to provide that solution.
